While anyone can apply to become a Proliant Settlement Systems franchise owner, we seek specific qualities in our partners. In what states are you offering this franchise?

At present, franchises are only being awarded in Michigan and Florida. We are currently looking to expand to more states.

What is the initial franchise fee?

The initial franchise fee is $15,000.

Are there other financial requirements to be considered?

Franchisees must be able to fund the franchise investment, including working capital and any personal living expenses during the startup period and early months of agency operation. What territories are available?

Because your franchise Title Agency will be uniquely named and branded by you, we do not offer a particular, protected territory or territory limitations.

Do I need a title insurance background to be successful?
